- All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and product must be returned in unused condition.
- Items purchased on Flipflopshops.com must be returned to our web returns center and cannot be returned or exchanged at a Flip Flop Shop retail location.

- Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable; we do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
- You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when the return is being processed.
- Refunds will take approximately 2-3 weeks.
- If possible, use the original shipping package for returns.
- Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Your card will be credited after the product has been received and qualified against the return policy. Purchases made with Flip Flop Shops Gift Certificates will get online store credit.
- Merchandise purchased at Flip Flop shops retail cannot be returned to Flipflopshops.com. Please contact your local shop.
- If you are looking for another size, color or style, please return your original product and place a new order on flipflopshops.com for your replacement item.
- Gift Card purchases and discounted final sale merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Online Order Return Process
To process a return, please follow these easy online steps.
- Log into My Account at flipflopshops.com.
- Click on Orders to see a list of all completed orders.
- Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
- Fill out the return request form
- Click Submit Return Request.
- You will then get an email from customer care regarding the status of your return. Please give customer care 1-2 business days to respond.
- Don't have an account? You may fill out an RA form online. Please include the item information you are returning and include the order number found on your packslip or confirmation email, along with reason for return.

Please include a copy of your packslip to ensure timely processing. If this isn’t available, include a note that includes the order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon receipt, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

- Sales receipt must accompany the flip flop.
- Flip flops must have their original tags.

For defect purposes (like a sole coming undone) – each brand has various warranty qualifications and timelines. Most brands warranties are for 6-12 months. Please contact your nearest Flip Flop Shops for a review. If you are unable to return to that shop, or find one close by, you may also contact the brand (of your footwear) separately via the brands website.
